Return and exchange
iBstone begins providing everyone with high-quality affordable hearing aids at a reasonable cost. We have been sending goods all over the world, and our clients have already grown to love iBstone. The American population of people with hearing loss is served by our services.
If you’re not content with your purchase, we’ll handle any return or exchange request as long as you get in touch with us within 45 days of the item such as ite hearing aids post arriving. Unauthorized returns of goods won’t be allowed. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging the rechargeable hearing aids.
Start a return by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number, images, and/or videos of the items. Within three business days, a member of our customer service team will assess if your return request is eligible.
Shipping methods of return products
Return the item, if your return is approved, we’ll give you the return address and shipping instructions for your parcel. We do not entertain unauthorized returns of goods, so please do check before buying our products.
Since we won’t be held accountable for lost returns or exchanges, we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information. Refund or exchange: we will check the ibstone hearing aid item within three to five working days after receiving your return or exchange, and then we will send out a replacement.
Should the return of the affordable hearing aids from our end (e.g., defective products, issues with product quality), we will reimburse you in full; should the return stem from the customer’s errors (e.g., not like the item, ordering the incorrect product or size), the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be canceled.
