| ¡ The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region
lies in northwest China, with the capital of Yinchuan,
which is another famous historical city in the country.
With one-third of the autonomous region's population
belonging to the Hui ethnic minority, the snacks and
dishes in Yinchuan all have distinct tastes of the Hui
culture. Some famous dishes include: Bean Curd Facai,
Steamed Lamb etc. the snacks of Fried Dough Twists and
Sheep Entrails soup are also quite delicious. |
