Along with the port and urban construction and trade
development, the catering industry of Dalian has made
much headway. Some large Chinese restaurants and Japanese,

other. Dalian has formed a comprehensive catering structure
with Liaoning and Shandong dishes as the dominant ones
while combining dishes from Guangdong, Sichuan and Taiwan,

Dalian Hotel
The earliest hotel in Dalian, this
three-star hotel is located at Zhongshan Square. Originally
called the Dahe Hotel, it has an area of 11,400 square
meters and has ancient Roman-style architecture. Its
food is exquisite and of great variety. It offers
both Chinese and Western food, as well as Japanese
dishes.
Dalian Seafood Restaurant
Established in 1905, it is an old
brand restaurant famous for its seafood. Now it has
an operational area of 600 square meters and can accommodate
600 square meters and can accommodate 600 people at
one time.
Qunyinglou Restaurant
Another old-brand restaurant with
more than 100 years of history, it is located at 84
Xiuxhu Road, Zhongshan District. It is a place for

Shuangshengyuan Restaurant
Located at 1 Anle Road in downtown
Dalian, it is a privately owned restaurant famous
for local Dalian dishes. It is now a large-scale catering
business that owns an agricultural and sideline production
base, and a distribution center. It has established
16 chain restaurants all over the country.
