Seeking Chinatown Cabaret Club to Host TV-Pilot

I'm a Asian American TV-Producer seeking the assistance of the Los Angeles downtown Chinatown business community. I need an owner of a Cabaret style club in Chinatown to offer to Host my TV-Pilot. For a 1-night Asian-American Comedy showcase. This 1st. show/segment will be submitted for acquistion review to America's 1st. and only 24hr. Asian-American TV-Entertainment Network launching this Aug.04. The project mission is to help promote Asian-American Comics. And to break the negatiave racial stereotypes commonly associated w/Asians. That we Asians aren't funny etc.

Hence my project has a better than good chance of
being acquired by this TV-network. Currently this company has acquired a distribution agreement of 1.6 million households in America alone. Not including China, and other Asian markets. So for those businesses in Chinatown seeking to reinvigorate the community as
a place to go to in L.A. This project of mine would be ideal way of bringing in more foot traffic back to Chinatown LA business community. The payoff for the owner who provides his cabaret club as a venue for
this project.

Would be the patrons to the TV-show buying drinks, food, parking etc. And this would be on a repeat customer basis. Once additional TV-segments are ordered-up by this new Asian-American TV-network. Likewise, surrounding businesses such as restraunts, shops ect. would also benefit from the incoming and outgoing audience traffic of the TV-show.

The club venue should have some sort of stage typical of a cabaret club setting. With working stage lights and audio. If the theatrical lights and audio aren't
in-house. My proj. can arrange for a studio rental.

If you can offer to host the TV-show or would like to help w/this project. Please contact me via email ASAP.
Thank you.
