My apartment contains 3 bedrooms,two bathrooms, one dining room, one living room and two balconies. The area of structure is 161 square meters. It is located in Wang Xin Yuan Housing complex, part of Wang Jing Housing complex(the nation¡¯s biggest residential area, located out of Beijing¡¯s northeast Fourth Ring Road ), Chao Yang District, in the northeast of Beijing. It's on the seventh floor and the building has 16 floors. There are only two apartments in one floor, so you won't have a noisy neighborhood. There's two elevators in the building. And we have already chosen a parking space just in front of the building. We provide furniture, air-conditioners, refrigerator, cooking utensils and etc. There's broadband too. The enviroment nearby is very good comparatively with other places in Beijing. I think you can enjoy clean air and beautiful scenery through the window. The rent will be around 680 US dollars per month and it can be talked over. By the way, this is a newly-built building and the apartment has just finished being decorated, then you can view it any time right now. So everything is perfect!
