My apartment contains 3 bedrooms,two bathrooms, one dining room, one living room and two balconies, totally about 161 square meters. It is located in Wang Jing, Chao Yang District, in the northeast of Beijing. It's on the seventh floor and the building has 16 floors. There are only two apartments in one floor, so you won't have a noisy neighborhood. There's two elevators and both of them can take you from the underground parking lot to the apartment directly. And we provide furniture, air-conditioners, refrigerator, cooking utensils and etc. The enviroment nearby is very good and there's a grove behind the building. I think you can have clean air and beautiful scenery through the window. The rent will be around 680 US dollars per month and it can be talked over. By the way, this is a newly-built building and my apartment will be finished furnishing in a week. So everything is perfect!
